The fully-appointed kitchen consists of a family-sized gas range with electric double ovens beneath, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus ample cooking equipment, crockery and glasses.
The two spacious bedrooms are on the first floor. The double room to the front includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bedroom to the rear overlooks the rear garden and offers full size bunks with a pull out single truckle bed. A travel cot and high chair are also available.
The bathroom includes a bath with electric shower over, WC and basin plus a heated towel rail.
The property provides electric storage heating with electricity and gas included in the price. Wood for the stoves can easily be purchased locally.

The property is a short distance to all of the town’s amenities, including many restaurants, public house and shops. The harbour, where boat trips around Cardigan Bay and dedicated dolphin-watching trips can be booked, is a short stroll away, as is the Ceredigion Coastal Path
