This West Wales holiday home has been recently renovated to offer you spacious and comfortable accommodation, only a few steps from the award winning, blue flag beaches of New Quay. The flexible living space would be ideal for a large family getaway or two families enjoying a break together. 

The house has been decorated in soft shades throughout, which are complemented by the beautiful oak flooring throughout the ground floor. 

The property is well equipped and the two cosy lounges, log burner, spacious and well equipped kitchen diner, airy bedrooms, modern bathrooms, garden and off street parking, make this the ideal place to stay for your next New Quay holiday.


Property Overview

Living Room: The two lounges are the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, with their comfy sofas, log burner and TVs. The property also benefits from WIFI, although if you're looking to truly escape for your break, this can be turned off for your stay
Kitchen and Dining Room: The Kitchen / Dining Room has been recently refurbished to offer excellent cooking and dining facilities for the whole family to enjoy. With a large family table, which can comfortably accommodate 8, it is perfect for entertaining family and friends during your stay. The useful island seats 4 so the cook always has company while cooking. The cooker ie electric and there is a large American style fridge freezer, built in dishwasher, microwave and all the usual small appliances. The room also has a beautiful Aga which keeps the room at a lovely, cosy temperature. The holiday property also benefits from a utility area with washing machine meaning you won't have the dreaded holiday washing when you get home.
Bedrooms: To the front there are two spacious double rooms. Both with triple wardrobes. Hairdryers are provided. Between these two rooms there is a useful shower room. On the opposite landing there are two smaller rooms, one with twin beds and the other with bunk beds. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower over the bath. All rooms have been elegantly decorated and are dressed with clean linen and towels for your stay.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms have been recently refurbished to provide fresh, modern facilities for showering and bathing
Garden: To the rear of the property there is a large terraced garden which boasts superb sea views from the top. It is divided into decked areas, one with seating and a Weber BBQ. As the garden is steep children should be supervised at all times and it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The garden is fully fenced.
Heating: The property benefits from a full central heating system so is warm and toasty through the year. There will be a small supply of kindling and logs in the lounge for the wood burner.
