Awelfryn is a beautiful, newly renovated property in New Quay. Awelfryn is in the centre of New Quay with a 5 minute walk to the sandy beaches and local pubs and restaurants. Perfect location for a holiday to New QuayThe level garden at the rear of the property is south facing, backing on to a quiet access lane and overlooks playing fields and a children’s play area. A wonderful place to relax in the evening and catch the last of the sun after a day on the beach. There is off road parking for one car. 


New Quay, the ‘jewel of Ceredigion’, is famous for its resident bottlenose dolphins which can be seen regularly from land and even closer on the boats! Dolphin watching trips are available, guests staying at Awelfryn from April to October are given 20% off SeaMor Dolphin Watching Boat Trips! Located not far from the house is the glorious coastal path heading down the coast with views you can only dream of and perfect for you bird watchers. 


For those of you who like to fish, fishing trips are available and for those who want some action packed activities on the water, Cardigan Bay water sports centre is located only a 5 minute walk from Awelfryn.

Bedrooms: Awelfryn has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 containing a king size bed. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. The loft is children’s games room with Xbox, games, bean bags and books
Bathrooms: The bathroom contains a bath with a shower overhead, toilet, hand basin and a heated towel rail.
Garden: A south-facing garden with a garden table and chairs, perfect for them summer BBQ's. Lawned grass and a patio leading to an outside shed and to a quiet access lane. The shed contains a tumble dryer and an extra freezer. Located at the rear f the property is a off-road parking space suited for 1 car.
