situated in the seaside town of New Quay, Cardigan Bay. It’s just a 10-minute
walk into the main centre of New Quay with its beaches, shops, restaurants and
public houses.
The open-plan ground floor of the property has a living room with a woodburner and entertainment system, a well-equipped kitchen/diner - with a dishwasher, microwave and just about anything else you could need – which leads out onto a decking area above the garden.
The first floor has two double bedrooms - one ensuite - and a family-sized bathroom with a bath and shower over. There is also an attic room with single beds and a football table and Playstation.
The rear garden is enclosed and has a decked terrace leading to the dining area and also to the master bedroom. The garden is perfect for an evening BBQ and watching the sunset over Cardigan Bay.
The cottage has a seaside theme throughout and there is a spiral staircase from the living room up to the top floors. Although there is no parking at the property there are plenty of public car parks nearby and some on-road parking.
